The Angelcare Baby Movement & Sound Monitor AC401 is a 2-in-1 monitor for complete peace of mind.
It includes a SensorPad that detects even the slightest movements of your baby.
If no movement is detected for 20 seconds an alarm will sound.
Combining two frequencies and 8 channels it provides optimal sound quality and minimises interference.
The parent unit is portable and rechargeable and has a full colour digital LCD screen that clearly shows all the available functions and also the temperature in the baby's room.
The nursery unit has a night light in the shape of a halo.
The extended reach is now 100 metres indoors and 250 metres outdoors.
The unit has various alarm indicators, including out of reach and low battery.
Voice-activated sound transmission with adjustable microphone sensitivity picks up your baby's softest sounds.
Various alarm functions, including vibrating alert.
Volume is adjustable.

Really happy with this purchase. Very reassuring with the temperature display and movement monitor. Took a bit of time to figure out the controls but was worth the effort.

We looked at lots of different options and heaps of monitors were cheaper but I don't think you can put a price on peace of mind so we purchased the Angelcare monitor. We have it now 10 mths and love it, we always feel safe and secure when we can see the little pendulum swinging away, knowing our little beautiful daughter is breathing away perfectly. Def worth the money!

Everything about this item offers peace of mind for all mums and dads out there. The battery life is excellent, my monitor has been bounced on numerous occasions and still works perfectly.

Brilliant motion sensor pad for peace of mind, and the monitor shows the temperature in the baby's room. The reach is really good on this, I could be in the garden hanging out washing and have the monitor with me! Also, the little halo on top of the part that stays in the baby's room was really handy at night for quick checks or retrieving a lost soother! Would definitely recommend this to a friend, couldn't be without it.

I bought this while pregnant as Id a fear of sudden infact death syndrome.
I absolutely love this, dont think Id get any sleep without it.
It beeps after 20 seconds if it doesnt sense movement which can be slightly annoying if you are only picking them up for a few mins during the night...but at least you know its working. Sometimes it would be nice if they had the option of a nuisance button
I would say though need to make sure the cot or moses basket isnt touching off anything else where movement can be detected as it could give a false reading. For example our moses basket handle was touching off the bed and even though Id picked the baby out the alarm didnt go off.
Overall its an excellent product and Id be lost without it. Its not a substitute for someone checking but is a great helpDurability Quality Value for Money -
