Needed a new car seat when my son outgrew his rock a tot. Visited mothercare where the girl went through each of seats available. I was between the tobi and the Eclipse but felt the eclipse would last longer with the size of the seat having sat my son in both. Minded a friends child who is 3 1/2 and she fitted comfortably in it also.
I find the cover great to wash and take it off at least twice a month to clean it and so easy to take off and put back on.
Must also mention how easy it is to fit in my car we even bought a 2nd one for my hubbys car.

Like the previous reviewer i too was in between the tobi and the eclipse. We tried out both these seats in store and i knew straight away it had to be the eclipse!
My little one just looked more comfy in it more room to cross and rest little legs. Nice easy recline to do with one hand from the front seat, important to us as we often drive long distances.
We have this 3 years now and still in use with second child i can honestly say we have had no problems with it and it's still going strong . Kids very comfortable in it and have slept well also! Great little seat i would totally recommend this.Quality Value for Money Durability -

I'm the mother of the nosiest little boy in Ireland! I was recommended by a friend to get the "tobi" car seat as it was high for my son to get a good look out the window ... I priced it but it was waaay outta my budget .. on the shelf beside it was the BRittax Eclipse and it was actually higher than the "Tobi", at a much better price too. The recline feature was important to me as we live in the west and travel to the east alot so my little man would spend alot of sleeping hours in the seat , its very sturdy and comfy :) we dont have it long, but so far so good, id defo recommend this to a friend! :)
