1. Deposit available on any product over €100. Accessoriesmay be included.
2. 10% minimum deposit is required.
3. Payments can be made at any time, however payments must be completed within: 3 months for a non sale item and 4 weeks for a sale item.
4. Payments must only be made through the same store.
5. You can get a refund of the deposit in first 7 days if you change your mind. After 7 days the deposit can either be transferred to another product or given back in the form of a gift card.
6. You need to inform the store 3 working days in advance of your collection date. Phone numbers can be found at www.mothercare.ie
7. If under any circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to supply your original items ordered, Mothercare reserve the right to substitute suitable alternative products of equal specification and value. If this is not acceptable you may cancel the account and receive a full refund.
8. If the stock is not collected by the collection date (detailed overleaf) then there is no guarantee that the product will be there. In this case another product can be selected or a gift voucher given.
9. If product goes on promotion during the deposit period the customer can avail of the promotional price by paying the remaining balance during the time of promotion.
10. Deposits may be taken on sale items subject to the deposit item being collected within 1 month.
11. Perfect Price lines are not available on deposit.
