My mum bought this for my son at Christmas. He's now 5 months old, and I pulled it out for him the other day to try. It's a bit hit!
The music/noises are fine - there's a lot of variation, so it's not just a noisy toy that will irritate you after a while.
My son loves all the different things to pull on, hit, press & roll.

My little boy absolutely loves this toy although I haven't used it with the buggy, he plays with it on his play tray and on the floor. Can be used upside down or any way he wants. Sounds also very pleasant to the ear and not too grinding like other musical toys!
