I bought this for my little girl in the sale as she enjoyed playing with all her cousin's cars. She really enjoyed playing with it and even without the sound effects it encouraged her to use her imagination and also helped with fine motor coordination development.
It definitely was more fun for her playing with other kids and often other toys were roped into the fun.
2 issues were that after a few months the sounds would "self activate" if not switched off and also sometimes when she activated the sound effects they would continue to sound until the unit was switched off and on again. Also my little one is a climber and she started using this toy as a step to reach other things, in fairness to it, it is very sturdy and never tipped over, despite very hardy play. The plastic arches also come off easily but snap on again easy enough and despite my concerns that she would get her fingers caught in the lift mechanism, this has never happened!
all in all it provided lots of safe entertainment and I would recommend it.Durability Quality Value for Money -

My daughter enjoys playing with this garage, it comes with 1 car and a helicopter so if in the sale it is good value (not sure if I would pay the full price although it is a nice toy). Lights and sounds but buy batteries as it doesn't come with them.
