The Mothecare Malmo Highback Booster Car Seat is classed as a group 1,2,3 seat and features an integral 5 point harness to ensure babies from 9 months are safely secured in the seat. The harness features a quick release buckle and has chest and buckle pads for comfort. Once your child reaches approximately 4 years old, the harness can be removed and your child can sit safely in the seat using the car's seat belt.
This highback booster car seat has side impact protection to keep your child safe in the event of a side on collision and the headrest is height adjustable so you can ensure they are always sitting comfortably whatever their age.
The Mothercare Malmo Highback Booster Seat is designed with a lightweight shell which makes it easy and convenient to transfer the seat between cars.

This is a great seat, at an excellent price. It comes in two parts with the harness that can be removed when my child is old enough. Then the back can be removed when he is older again. The sales assistant told me its "the last seat I'll ever have to buy" - not bad for €49.99!!
My only problem with it was the fact that the instruction booklet was under the cover of the seat. I spent a week trying to install it by using a tiny picture on the side of the seat. Imagine my frustration when I finally found the booklet. And the first page of the booklet is a picture showing that the instruction booklet is to be found under the cover!!! Genius!
To add insult to injury I wrote to Mothercare with my complaint but nobody has even acknowledge my email!
Anyway, the seat is great.Value for Money Durability Quality

Hassle-free returns policy
