Delivery is FREE on all orders over €50, otherwise there is a €10 delivery charge.

Once an order is cleared from our warehouse you will receive an email from our delivery service: DPD. All parcels are fully traceable via the DPD website – www.dpd.ie – offering real-time scanning information throughout the parcel’s route to its delivery destination, assuring peace of mind to both sender and receiver.

We aim to dispatch stocked items from our warehouse within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 5 working days from the day you placed your order.
Standard delivery is between 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Web Exclusive product delivery
For Web Exclusive items (product codes O5xxx - O5xxx where x is a number), the supplier will deliver to you direct! Once your Cosatto product is received, register it at www.cosatto.com within 28 days to avail of your <strong>4 year guarantee</strong>. Please allow up to 3 days extra for delivery.
Plum Play Centre and products delivery
For Plum orders, the supplier will deliver to you direct! This may take up to 10 working days for delivery.
Delivery addresses
•Please ensure the address you enter on the order for your delivery will have a person available to receive your delivery.
•We deliver to work addresses. If you are having your delivery to your work address please ensure you advise the reception or security at your place of work.
