Delivery Cost
Delivery is FREE on all orders over €50, otherwise there is a €6.50 delivery charge for orders less than €50.
Delivery Method
Once an order is cleared from our warehouse you will receive an email from our delivery service: DPD. All parcels are fully traceable via the DPD website – www.dpd.ie – offering real-time scanning information throughout the parcel’s route to its delivery destination, assuring peace of mind to both sender and receiver.
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch stocked items from our warehouse within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 2-3 working days* from the day you placed your order.
Standard delivery is between 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.
*Exceptions apply - Please allow extra days for local holidays, national holidays and sale time.
Delivery addresses
•Please ensure the address you enter on the order for your delivery will have a person available to receive your delivery.
•We deliver to work addresses. If you are having your delivery to your work address please ensure you advise the reception or security at your place of work.
Hassle-free returns policy
Mothercare are dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item* within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
Car seats must be returned within 48 hours of receipt for a refund or exchange with all tags, packaging and labels along with your receipt.
