Delivery Options (Republic of Ireland only)

We aim deliver all stocked items within 3 - 5 working days. Exclusions apply see below.
Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.
Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday and exclude Sundays.

You can now have your order delivered to your local store for collection.
Orders will usually be available within 3 - 5 working days.
Your order will be available to collect from your chosen store once you have received an email confirming it is ready.

Please Do Not travel to this store right away as your order will not ready. You will receive a "Ready for Collection" confirmation email when your order is available for collection.
Only available on selected lines. All items in basket must be available for Click and collect. Please see individual product pages for details.
International delivery is not available. We only deliver to Republic of Ireland addresses.

During peak trade periods there may be delay in delivery of orders placed. Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered.
What happens if you are not home when your order is delivered?
If you are not in when we attempt delivery, DPD courier will leave you a card so that you can rearrange delivery with them on a convenient day.
After you have placed your order with us, our courier company will text you on the day of delivery. If the day of delivery is not acceptable then call the number on the text message and rearrange a suitable day. Please ensure you have your order number and tracking number to hand.
What delivery company do Mothercare use?
Mothercare Ireland use DPD (formerly known as Interlink) for all of our website orders. DPD require signed delivery for all orders ensuring you order is fully traceable and safe.

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 delivery. A split delivery will be delivered in two seperate parts. You will recieve communication when part one and part two is on the way.
If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait 6-8 working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.
Email me when available
Items with an "Email me when available" option are normally expected to be available in 4 to 8 weeks. If you request an email we will send one to you as soon as the item becomes available to order on the website.
What is click and collect
When you order you now have the option to deliver your order to your nearby mothercare store. This is a free service available in ROI. Look for the in-store collection on check out!
Please note that collect in store orders are not ready for immediate collection. You will recieve email confirmation once your order is ready to be collected. You will usually be able to collect it within 3-5 working days.

What to do if you have recieved incorrect or missing items
In the event that you have recieved missing or incorrect items please contact us through the support button on teh homepage of the website. We will arrange to collect incorrect items and send out the correct items. Please quote order number and items affected.
