This is a great pouch to store breast milk, you do need the adaptors, but they are very reasonbly priced as well and they can be used for other pumps ones you buy the adaptors

+ Saves the hassle of expressing into a bottle and then tipping into a bag.
- I can only use mam bottles when the little one gets expressed milk so need to transfer into a bottle again as there is no adapter to use on different bottles.

+ Great for pumping straight into and then feeding. They stand up lovely in the fridge.
- Can only use them once. Seems a lot of waste and a lot of money in the long run. Especially if your exclusively expressing. A lot of plastic waste.

+ Really good pouch-no spilt milk when decanting bottles into bags.
- The quantity guide is not accurate.
You need to use a marker pen to write the date as biros don't work.
Baby wont take the 'bottle' the pouches are designed to work with.

+ Easy to use. Don't need to mess about with various different bottles.
- The pump adaptors for these are sold in packs of 4 different sizes. I, and most other people, only have one breast pump so only need one attachment. It seems a waste to have to buy all 4 of them.

- Very misleading does not come with piece to attach to any breastfeeding pump. nowhere on the box does is mention that additional products are required. disappointed as had bought compatible pump but can't use until I buy another piece to connect it!

+ I find other bags to be quite difficult to open, these however are very easy and ensures there is no milk spillage. Stronger material used in bags so very unlikely to rip if in freezer.love them!

- Don't quite use the ml/oz guide on the bag as this only applies when the bag is full. During filling for example, 3oz is only 2 if transferred to a solid bottle.

- Difficult to know how much you have expressed, the pouch will look as though 5oz but once transferred into a bottle it is more like 3.5-4oz.

+ I love them! So much easier to store milk for mother in law so she can look after my daughter if I need her to. I sterilise them with cold water sterilising tablets and then I can use them again and again.
